• Dr.K.Lavanya acted as Teaching Assistant for MOOCs on “Organization and Management of Early Childhood Education Centres” developed by EMMRC,EFLU, Hyderabad

Achievements of the students

• As a part of internship, students of Home Science created awareness sessions on “Child Abuse-Good Touch and Bad Touch” for nearly 7000 school children in East Godavari district in collaboration with Padala Charitable Trust, Kakinada

• Miss. K. Devika, student of Home Science  acted as President of the Student Union during 2018-19 and played an active role in the student union
• Miss K. Devika attended  Pre Republic Day Camp at Nujivid, Krishna District September 2018
