Annually Lecturer wise feedback is obtained from the concerned students confidentially in a prescribed format by the IQAC Committee and the same is consolidated and necessary action is taken by the Principal

Preparation of AQAR

Every year activities of individual departments are collected in a prescribed format and consolidated them for Institutional AQAR to be sent to NAAC, Bangalore

Collection and Consolidation of API Scores of individual Lecturer

As per the guidelines of CCE the API scores of each individual lecturer has been collected and scrutiny has been made by the IQAC team before the principal and the final scores are ratified by the Principal to upload in the CCE website

  • On 25-2-2014 ,Invited Lecture by Dr.GeethaSwaminathan,Vice Principal Stella Maris College,Chennai was arranged on “Autonomy and CBCS pattern”
  • Internal Academic Audit is conducted at the end of every academic year to monitor the functioning of the departments in the institution and give suitable guidance wherever necessary.All the academic records of the departments are verified
  • Faculty forum is established in the college for the knowledge sharing at the institution level.Regularly the teaching staff members share their knowledge on various general issues.During the SSR preparation,regular Faculty Forum sessions are conducted to discuss the developments and also for seeking information from various staff members
  • A guest Lecture was arranged by IQAC on “Achieving and sustaining Excellence as Teacher”.Lecture focused primarily on  Teacher’s Qualities, Difference between Good Teacher and Bad Teacher, Student Centric Teaching methods , How to achieve excellence in teaching , methods to adopt etc.
  • Workshop was conducted on “Intellectual Property Rights” .The Resource Person Prof.GantaSatyanarayana,Principal,Law College ,Kakinada  enlightened the participants on Intellectual property Rights,Laws of IPR in India,Copyrights,patents ,Infringement etc
  • National Seminar was organized on "Academia- Industry Interface" on 05-09-2019
  • Faculty Development Programme was organized with Dept. of Home Science on "Massive Open Online Courses(MOOCs) : Designing and Creation" on 07-02-2020
  • Faculty Development Programme was organized with Dept. of Micro-Biology on "Intellectual Proprty Rights" on 13-02-2020
